POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

● Debris/trash removed throughout
● Dusting Top to bottom ceilings, corners of walls, light fixtures,
trim, moldings, baseboards, doors

● Vacuuming of all surfaces trim and baseboards and floors-
removal of first layer of construction dust all areas

● HVAC vents vacuumed
● All appliances exterior cleaned (interior additional add on by
request)
● Wet Wiping of All light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlet covers, light
switches
● Wet Wiping of all horizontal surfaces
● Wet Wiping (scrubbing where needed) of all doors, baseboards,
trim
● Scrubbing of all horizontal surfaces where needed
● Disinfecting of all surfaces and high touch areas
● Scrubbing/ Disinfecting of kitchen (sink, backsplash, exterior of
appliances wiped)
● Cabinets washed Interior-if empty/exterior
● Scrubbing disinfecting of bathrooms (sinks, tub, toilets, showers
tile and grout cleaning)
● Windows stickers scraped or steamed for removal
● Windows spot cleaned (full window cleaning additional add on by
request)
● Patio doors tracks, glass and trim cleaned both sides
● Second dusting/wiping of all surfaces where needed
● Second vacuuming- removal of second layer of construction dust
● Hard floors mopped
● Final dusting, vacuuming and mopping- removal of any
remaining construction dust
