Basic Spring/Deep Clean INCLUSION

● Dusting Top to bottom of all surfaces, light fixtures, corners of walls, ceilings, doors, trim,
baseboards.
● All HVAC vents dusted or vacuumed
● All windows treatment and blinds dusted or vacuumed.
● Wet wiping of all surfaces and tables.
● Furniture wiped where needed
● All beds made
● Bathrooms sanitized and scrubbed (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, tile grout)
● Window glass spot cleaned
● Window sills and trim dusted washed where needed
● Trim, doors, baseboards washed where needed without moving large furniture
● Kitchen sanitized and scrubbed (sinks, backsplash, countertops)
● All Cabinet fronts washed
● Microwave interior/exterior cleaned
● All appliances exterior cleaned (interior appliance cleaning is additional add on to this
service)
● All hard floors vacuumed and mopped
● All carpet edges and floors vacuumed
● Patio doors dusted/ glass cleaned
